Fallout: The Long 23: Year One

"And if we do not allow you to stroll out of here with it what kind of confrontation are we looking at. Because I can tell you what we have, but I can not promise we will want to give it up." Dutch smirked, they where formal and their threats seemed to have dropped upon a having opposition.
"I mean, what do you think Smalls?"

"I'll tell you guys, I don't just pack around this rifle for looks. I know exactly what kind of tech we got and how it works. It's essentially a piece of machinery that recharges MF cells using solar power." Spoke Justin with a smirk.

"And we like it." Dutch smirked before cocking his shotgun. "So, do you want to take a look. Just do you know we have a no touch policy. It's a strict one too."

The armored group across from them began to converse to themselves before turning around and sighing.
"We'll not bother it, but if you don't mind we'd like a demonstration of how it works please." Spoke the man who stepped forward.
Justin smirked and motioned for the guard to lower the draw bridge. He watched the group make there way across the bridge, his finger on the trigger of his trusty laser rifle the entire time.

"Before we let you into our bass. If you wouldn't mind handing your weapons over. I give my word you'll recieve them before you leave. We'll take you inside and I'll let smalls show you how it works."

After some discussing they reluctantly agreed to hand them over and the group made there way over to the far end of the area. After making it there Justin got the object and sat it on a table out in the sun.
"If any of you have an empty MF cell let me see it for a moment."
One of the men handed him one and justin popped it into his rifle, pointed it at the sky, and pulled the trigger. The gun just made a click and didn't fire anything.
"Now as you can see, the cell is indeed empty."
He the put the cell into the side of the device and began to wait.

Dutch was looking over their armor. Heavy Armor was something rare believe it or not in this area. It would fetch a nice amount of caps, but with his prefernce of moment he couldn't see why one would prefer the suits rather then his merc outfit.

A few moments later the cell popped out of the small machine and Justin inserted it into his rifle, pointing it in the air and firing a shot.
"As you can see this machine lets us recycle MF cells. Which is going to really help out our profits."
